The 4-way event at the Bodyflight World challenge has fast become one of the most prestigious Formation Skydiving competitions in the world.

More and more teams have entered every year, with a record breaking 47 teams competing in the 2009 event. Many of the teams who enter are the national teams who come to represent their countries and include some of the world’s most elite skydivers.

Since the first competition in 2006 the professional category in FS has been dominated by the American national team Airspeed Odyssey. The reigning champions have taken the Gold medals at every single World Challenge, despite some serious competition over the years.
