Below are the terms under which all teams participating in the 2010 Bodyflight World Challenge agree to abide.

General terms

  • By entering the Bodyflight World Challenge all members of the team agree to abide by the competition rules. These rules are available to download on the judging and rules page for each discipline.
  • Any additional bookings made for tunnel time at Bodyflight must abide by Bodyflight Ltd’s booking terms and conditions and cancelation policy. These are available to view here: www.bodyflight.co.uk/info/terms/html
  • All competitors entering the competition, especially those travelling to Bodyflight from overseas agree to abide by the laws of the United Kingdom for the duration of their visit.
  • By entering the Bodyflight World Challenge all competitors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and those of Bodyflight Ltd and Vertigo Sports Ltd.

Payment terms

  • The entry fee for the Challenge is £250. This is payable at the time of application and payment must be made online via credit or debit card.
  • This entry fee is non refundable unless the competition is cancelled by Bodyflight Ltd.
  • In the event of the competition being cancelled by Bodyflight Ltd the entry fee is the only refund that will be available. No compensation will be awarded to cover travel and/or accommodation expenses incurred by teams.

Photography and filming

  • By entering the Bodyflight World Challenge all team members and alternates agree to be filmed and/or photographed for both judging and promotional purposes.
  • All videos and photographs captured over the duration of the event remain the property of Bodyflight Ltd
  • Flash photography is only allowed in or near the flight chamber during the practice rounds on Friday the 2nd of April and the scheduled media sessions.
  • Flash photography is not allowed in or near the flight chamber at any other time as it may distract the competitors.
  • Photographers are only allowed to take photographs from the antechamber or flight chamber by special arrangement and with written permission from Bodyflight Ltd.

Accommodation and training time

    • Competitors are responsible for arranging their own transport to Bodyflight.
    • It is recommended that teams book their team training prior to the competition well in advance to avoid disappointment as tunnel time is in high demand prior to the competition.
    • Bodyflight Ltd will not be held responsible for teams who are unable to book training time prior to the competition.
